Mr. Charles Marleau is President and Senior Portfolio Manager of Palos Management. He is responsible for managing and trading the investment funds and supervises administration, investor relations, record keeping and compliance. Charles is a member of the Independent Review Committee of Investment Fund of Dundee Securities Ltd. and sits on the Board of Directors of the Palos International Equity Income Fund PLC. He also serves on Board of Directors of a private school and numerous public and private companies. Moreover, Charles is a member of the Institutional Equity Traders Association, Montreal University Club, Montreal Oil Club and the Entrepreneurs Organization. He graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor's degree in Economics and completed the Chartered Investment Manager designation.

Mr. Hubert Marleau is a Portfolio Manager and Co-Founder of Palos Management. With over 30 years of experience in the business and financial community, Hubert has raised funds privately and publicly for hundreds of emerging and mature companies, structured many mergers and acquisitions as well as designed and created numerous financial deals in Canada. Hubert has worked at the senior executive level of several large investment banks notably, Nesbitt Thomson Inc., Levesque Beaubien Inc. and Marleau, Lemire Inc. During his career, Hubert was a governor of the Toronto Stock Exchange, the Montreal Stock Exchange, and the Vancouver Stock Exchange, a director of the Investment Dealer Association of Canada and Board member for a multitude of publicly traded companies. Mr. Yarith Chhiv is responsible for managing the portfolio and risk of Palos Investment Funds. He also analyzes potential investments and is involved in all aspects of the investment decision-making process. Yarith has developed proprietary risk-management models and investment-analysis models for Palos.

Yarith holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Concordia University with a major in Software Engineering and is a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec. He holds the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) designation – Certified by the Global Association of Risk Professionals. Yarith holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designations and is member of the Montreal CFA Society. Yarith also holds the Chartered Investment Manager and Derivative Market Specialist & Strategies designations. Mr. Noah Billick is responsible for the legal affairs for all business units. Noah is also a managing Director of the Palos Merchant Bank L.P. Prior to Palos, Noah worked at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP, where he was an associate in the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department specializing in securities litigation and general commercial litigation. Prior to law school, Noah worked in the institutional and retail investment industry at a large bank-owned brokerage in Montréal. Noah holds a Bachelor of Arts from Bard College in New York, and a Bachelor of Civil Law, a Bachelor of Laws (common law) and an MBA (finance concentration) from McGill University. At McGill, Noah graduated with distinction and was awarded the I.M.E. Prize in Commercial Law for being the member of the graduating class having the highest standing in Commercial Law throughout the program. Noah was president of McGill's Post-Graduate Students' Society, and he served on the University's Board of Governors and the Board's Executive Committee. Robert has worked for several multi-nationals including Pictet, Manufacturer's Hanover Bank, and Bacardi Capital in financial, administrative, and marketing roles. He was the Founder and President of an SEC/NASD brokerage firm, a Member of the Philadelphia Stock Exchange, and a Member of the Options Clearing Corp. Robert is qualified for mutual fund sales, and has successfully completed the FINRA Series 2, 7 and 63, as well as numerous CSI securities exams. Mr. Stuart Dunn, prior to Palos, was previously a Senior Portfolio Manager of Holdun Family Office. With over 40 years of experience in the Canadian money management industry, Stuart was licensed as a portfolio manager with the Quebec and Ontario Securities Commissions and formerly with the Securities and Exchange Commission in the United States. Previously, Stuart was one of the Founders and Managing Partners of Gryphon Investment Counsel, a large Canadian institutional money manager, with offices in Montreal and Toronto. In 1980, Stuart founded Bladon Securities, a corporate finance firm located in Calgary, Alberta, which focused on the oil and gas industry. Prior to 1980, Stuart worked in various capacities with a number of brokerage firms in Montreal, including A.E. Ames, Osler, Wills, Bickle and Nesbitt Thomson. Stuart was also the Chairman and Co-Founder of Holdun Investments Management Inc., prior to founding Holdun Asset Management, the predecessor to Holdun Family Office. Stuart currently serves as a director of the Canadian Lyford Cay Foundation and is a member of its investment committee. In addition, Stuart is President of the family holding company, Holdun Investments Inc. He has been a Director of numerous foundations and charitable Boards including the Montreal General Hospital Foundation, The Lakefield College School Foundation and the Lyford Cay Canadian Foundation. Mr. Philippe Marleau is a Principal of Palos Management. He previously managed MVest Management LLC, an investment management and research firm based in New York. From March 2000 to August 2004, Phil was employed at Merrill Lynch as a Vice President in the gaming and lodging equity research team. Phil primarily maintained coverage of the lodging sector. In this capacity, he was responsible for providing investment advice and recommendations on hotel stocks to institutional money managers. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch in March 2000, Phil covered real estate companies and REITs for over two years with Scotia Capital, the capital markets division of Scotia Bank. Mr. George Kaneb is a Vice President of the Palos Merchant Bank. Mr. Kaneb's responsibilities include sourcing and analyzing deals as well as financial and strategic analysis of opportunities. Prior to joining Palos, Mr. Kaneb completed an MBA at Cass Business School in London, UK with a focus on Strategy and Finance. He completed the core modules with Distinction honours.
